2. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products:

All digital products, data files, design files, and online content are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once a download link, access credentials, or files are delivered, the order is considered final.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Incompatibility with software or systems
-
Lack of technical knowledge to use the files

If a technical issue occurs from our side that prevents you from accessing your files, we will provide support or re-delivery of the files.
3. Lab-Grown Diamonds and Jewellery
3.1 Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Most of our diamonds and jewellery are prepared specifically for each customer.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customised jewellery

Made-to-order designs

Engraved items
-
Special size, design, or setting requests

Diamonds sourced specifically after customer confirmation
3.2 Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before:

sourcing of diamonds,

manufacturing,
-
setting,
-
certification arrangements, or
-
production work has started.
Once processing has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Products
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product is damaged during transit, or

An incorrect item is delivered, or
-
A verified item is missing from the shipment.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email and provide:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
All requests are reviewed and verified before approval.
5. Return Conditions (If Approved)
If your return request is approved:

The item must be unused and in original condition

All original packaging, certificates, and invoices must be included

The product must be returned using a traceable and insured courier service
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the error is confirmed to be from our side.

8. Shipping, Customs and Duties
All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We request customers to contact Data Jewels before raising any chargeback or payment dispute.
Unjustified disputes or repeated chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the customer account.
